周末這兩天要仔細(xì)研讀,做一些整理和提煉。分析師和拆解公司的運(yùn)作方式,使得原來整車企業(yè)依靠各個(gè)部門的工程師、成本工程工程師還有零件數(shù)據(jù)庫去分析成本和特性的過程大大縮短了?,F(xiàn)在信息的流動(dòng)速度和獲取方式有了本質(zhì)的改變。
回來繼續(xù)說這個(gè)爆料的事情,從紐約時(shí)報(bào)的專訪來看,Elon Musk托著tesla飛,已經(jīng)很累了,每周120小時(shí)的工作使得他本人有點(diǎn)控制不住局勢(shì)

這把是肯定要出法律責(zé)任的,在推特上爆料很多的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,目前已經(jīng)被刪除了,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上還存在著各個(gè)留存的照片。

1)模組的維修問題
“After observing the punctured battery cell in the battery module from Containment AR622, Mr. Tripp asked the process technicians and associates what happened to the battery modules within Containment AR622 and if they were scrapped. Mr. Trippwas told that instead of scrapping the battery modules, technicians “reworked” the modules by squeezing an adhesive into the punctured battery cell and then gluing a piece of clamshell over the adhesive. In doing so, Counterdefendant made it appear as though there was no internal or external damage to the battery module. After being “reworked” with the adhesive, the battery modules were then returned to the manufacturing processing line. Based upon information and belief, no quality inspections were performed on these“reworked” battery modules before they were returned to the manufacturing processing line.Mr. Tripp personally observed technicians perform this process on several battery modules.”
這個(gè)問題核心是這么大的模組,如果出現(xiàn)單個(gè)電芯在制作過程中出現(xiàn)損傷,該怎么處理,這段描述比較有意思了,這里用了粘合劑(我才是灌封膠)直接把這個(gè)電芯糊住,就當(dāng)這個(gè)電芯沒有,直接發(fā)出去了

這個(gè)處理方式,有些夸張啊。我們做大模組最大的問題,就是出現(xiàn)個(gè)別電芯問題怎么辦,這里的處理方式存在一些隱患的。這也解釋了一個(gè)問題,為何之前特斯拉的工廠存在產(chǎn)能的問題,核心的議題就是這些出現(xiàn)局部損壞的充電機(jī)充電蓄電池模組怎么辦,現(xiàn)在來看經(jīng)過上述的處理之后,即使電芯受損拉到返修工位,修好之后直接上車了

Tesla 的充電機(jī)充電蓄電池模組是最貴的,因此出現(xiàn)成品率低,之前是需要減計(jì)的,如下圖所示,一個(gè)是數(shù)量一個(gè)是等價(jià)的金額。也就是說,按照之前第一道的質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)要求,有大量的不合格品


在質(zhì)量的要求嚴(yán)控下,每個(gè)小時(shí),在各個(gè)工位上的充電機(jī)充電蓄電池模組都進(jìn)入返修區(qū)域


我加一些我個(gè)人的看法,從目前12顆標(biāo)準(zhǔn)VDA模組,變長1.5倍或者兩個(gè)整合在一起,會(huì)遇到一些問題。而圓柱做成這么長條形長方的模組,對(duì)于充電機(jī)充電蓄電池的工藝要求,自動(dòng)化也比較高,這里有個(gè)爬坡的問題,產(chǎn)生大量的工損怎么辦?特斯拉的做法,是先拉下來,加入大量的返修的工作,因此模組下線的一次合格率不會(huì)很高,二次合格率也是處于一個(gè)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控的邊緣。工程設(shè)計(jì)太激進(jìn)了,容易把制造和質(zhì)量的兄弟甩遠(yuǎn)了,后面UBS寫的報(bào)告還是很有借鑒的價(jià)值的。
